Free Shipping Details

• Free Shipping NZ wide on all normal sized items! This shipping option is applicable for all regular sized items in New Zealand, regardless of quantity, shipped via CourierPost or equivalent courier.  All orders are trackable, insured and signature required.
  
• We only ship to physical addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. We cannot send packages to a PO Box or Private Bag address.

General delivery times once payment cleared and based on location:

• Auckland = 1-2 business days
• North Island, Main Cities = 1-2 business days
• North Island, Towns & Rural Delivery = 1-3 business days
• South Island, Main Cities = 2-3 business days
• South Island, Towns & Rural Delivery - 2-3 business days

Expedited Shipping Details

• Overnight shipping as well as Sub60 Auckland couriers can be arranged for orders if you require a faster turnaround. This will need to be arranged by calling our sales team on 09-3599068.
• Orders received and paid for before 3:00PM will ship same business day. Orders after 3:00PM will ship on the following business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM on Friday will ship on Monday morning.

Shipping cost for oversized items delivered to any address in New Zealand

• Oversized items, such as very large printers, will generally have a flat rate shipping charge of $25. We will contact you after you have placed an order with the exact amount required. 

What is your 7 day no questions policy?

• We offer our customers a 7 day window to return their purchase should they have had a change of mind or purchased an incorrect model. Please be aware that refunds will only be given to goods purchased directly on the NotebookCity.co.nz website, that are in pristine resellable condition (not used) and returned within 7 days of purchase. If the unit has been opened, had a seal broken or otherwise damaged you are not eligible for this policy. Software is not applicable to this policy.

• Please note that this seven day policy only applies to goods that have not been used, plugged in or otherwise opened.
