Please use our online return form to raise your warranty claim. Please ensure you have communicated with the product vendor and received a vendor case number prior to applying for your warranty return. Our return policy is located in our FAQ.

Do not send the faulty unit until we have raised the return. We will advise the correct address for you to send your item once we have raised the return on our system.
